About David W. Rohm, CPA

David W. Rohm has over 25 years experience in public accounting and private industry, specializing in audit, tax, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and business consulting. He has held senior management positions in corporate finance, augmenting his public accounting background with specialization in corporate taxation, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial modeling.

David W. Rohm began his career with the regional firm of Lafaye Brock and Associates, providing audit and tax services for privately held businesses in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, service, and healthcare. He also worked with some of the largest telecommunications companies in the country in the area of business case analysis, long-range business planning, cash flow analysis, and business valuation. David graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance in 1986 and earned an additional Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 1988.

David Rohm holds Certified Public Accounting licenses from the states of Texas and Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). David, his wife and two children reside in Plano, Texas.
